4 Victims Shot at Howe Park Sacramento - Unsanctioned Gathering Descends into Chaos

On Saturday evening, a large unauthorized party of an estimated several hundred individuals at Howe Community Park in Sacramento in Sacramento's Arden-Arcade area turned violent when between 20 and 25 shots filled the air as deputies from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office were in the process of clearing the area.

A Timeline of Events

Around 6:30 in the evening, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office was alerted reporting individuals possibly carrying concealed weapons at Howe Community Park. Another caller described a possible altercation and people leaving the area quickly.
